The hotel is located in a quiet area of Majorca, away from the crowds. It is near to the beach, only a 20-second walk away. the rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely views from the balconies. the staff is friendly and speaks good English.
The internet service is not stable and you have to pay for it.

Great family vacation spot - lot's of activities. Been recently renovated - definately 4 star. My room was quiet, the bed comfy, and the bathroom big. Excellent.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated next to a small beach where they run boat trips. It is also in a lovely neighborhood in the Mediterranean islands. The rooms are clean and have lovely views from the balcony.
The restaurant needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and replacing empty food items.

The food was decent, and the staff were generally friendly. the location was great, right by the beach and with plenty of activities nearby. the room was clean and spacious, and had a nice view of the sea. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
My Christmas experience at the hotel was disappointing. the Christmas dinner was nothing special, and there was no festive atmosphere to speak of.

Great for a romantic escape in a quiet location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is decent with a variety of options. The outdoor activities, like mini golf and patanca, are enjoyable and there are beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The beach area is small and overcrowded.

The complementary champagne and strawberries were a nice touch and helped set the mood for our romantic escape. The location near the beach was also perfect for walks and relaxation. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean and had plenty of loungers available.
The room was quite small and lacked any real character or charm. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best, with limited options and sometimes cold dishes.
